Free of charge; open to everyone interested in gardening

Attendees are encouraged to bring seeds to swap. However, seeds will be available for those people that do not have seeds for trade. Great opportunity for new gardeners.

Swap will include: Seeds, Gardening Information, Demonstrations, and Door Prizes. 
Springdale Community Garden and Manna Project will have information available for anyone interested in joining the community garden. 

​​1/11/16 - WalMart Foundation Grant Announcement

Feed Communities is excited to announce that they have been awarded a Walmart Foundation grant through their Northwest Arkansas Giving Program to further its work empowering Marshallese residents of Washington County. In partnership with the Springdale Community Garden and Youth Strategies, Feed Communities will begin The Deep Roots Initiative, a program that will expand the capacity of the Springdale Community Garden while also rejuvenating the existing structures via a new media strategy, educational programming, and equipment purchasing. The Deep Roots Initiative will begin in March 2016.
